الاذاعية آمال فهمي كانت أول سيدة ترأس إذاعة الشرق الأوسط عام 1964.
تعينت بالاذاعة عام 1951، وهي من أدخل فوازير رمضان في الاذاعة.
برنامجها "على الناصية" والذي قدمته لمدة تزيد عن خمسين عاما، دخل في موسوعة جينيس لطول مده اذاعته .
Amal Fahmy was the first woman to head the Middle East Radio
Station in 1964. She joined the Egyptian Broadcasting Corporation
and worked as a radio presenterin 1951. She introduced Ramadan
Quizzes to the radio. Her program "At the Intersection", which she
hosted for more than 50 years was featured in the Guinness Book of
World Records.
