أبلة نظيرة هى صاحبة أول موسوعة عربية فى الطبخ ومن أشهر مؤلفى كتب فن الطهى . فى عام 1929 ، وبعد حصولها على الشهادة فى فن الطهى وأشغال الابرة من جامعة جلوستر بأنجلترا، عملت مدرسة للتدبير المنزلى فى مدرسة السنية للبنات. ومن التدريس وتاليف الكتب انتقلت ابلة نظيرة إلى الإذاعة ، بجانب مشاركتها فى مجلة حواء الآسبوعية ، والتى قدمت فيها وصفات أشهى المأكولات ,
The most celebrated chef in Egypt and the Arab world, and
author of the first cooking book and encyclopedia in Arabic. In
1929, she received her degree in culinary arts and needle work
from the University of Gloucester in England. She taught home
economics classes at "Saneya Girls School" in Egypt. From
teaching and writing books "Abla Nazeera" started a radio show.
Her recipes were also published in the weekly womens
magazine, Eve.
