نتيلة راشد والتي عرفت باسم ماما لبني، كانت رائدة أدب الأطفال في مصر ورئيسة التحرير السابقة لمجلة الأولأد "سمير" منذ انشائها عام 1956 وحتى عام 2002 .
بدأت راشد الكتابة للأطفال والشباب منذ ان كانت طالبة بالجامعة. وفي عام 1953، نشر لها أول مجموعة قصص. كما قامت ايضا بترجمة كلاسيكات أدب الأطفال الى العربية، ومنهم رواية "الجمال الأسود" لسويل.
حصلت على عدة جوائز من الدولة لأدب وصحافة الطفل.
Notaila Rashed, a.ka. Mama Lobna was a pioneer of Egyptian children’s literature and the former editor in chief of Samir, the first Egyptian comic magazine for boys.
She held this position since the magazine was founded in 1956 until 2002.
She started writing for children while in college, and her first collection of stories was published in 1953.
She also translated children’s classics into Arabic, including Swell’s ´Black Beauty´.
She received several state awards for children’s literature and journalism.
