كيف يحمي المواطنين أنفسهم من الحكومات؟

يحمي الشعب نفسه من الحكومات عن طريق الدستور الذي يحدد بدقة وتمحيص ماهي النقاط الذي يوكل فيها الشعب الحكومه بالنيابه عنه وهي أيضا التي تحد تلك القوي المنفرده وبالتأكيد الهدف من هذا هو إشاعه أكبر قدر من الحريه للشعب للحياه حياة سلميه في ظل إحترام القانون.

لذلك الدستور له غرضين تشكيل الحكومه وفي نفس الوقت تحد من سلطتها ، علي كل حال نظريا إنه من الممكن أن تؤثر في الحكومات الحاليه  لكي تجبرها علي التصرفات الصحيحه ، ولكن هذا الشئ الصحيح في بعض العقول هو إجبار المواطنين علي الذهاب الي الجامع  تجبرهم علي قراءه أو مشاهده ما يعتقدون إنه صالح أو إجبار المواطنين علي أستخراج رخص تجاريه وبعض هؤلاء يجبرون البعض علي المشاركه في ثرواتهم.

بتلخيص سريع المواطنين لهم الحق أن يكونوا أحرار و الحريه تعني أكثر بكثير من أن كون الأنسان خارج السجن ، الحريه تتضمن حريه التفكير حريه ممارسه العقيده حريه العمل التجاري دون التدخل من الأخريين طالما ظلت هذه الحريه حريه سلميه ، لان الحريه لايمكن ان تتضمن التدخل عن طريق العنف في شئون الأخرين المسالمه.

ماذا يحدث لو أن الحكومه أصبحت مستغلة وفاسدة؟ في الواقع أن هذا يصبح أسوأ من عدم وجود حكومه من أساسه.

الحريه لايمكن أن تتحقق في عدم وجود حكومات فالحكومه مهمه للمحافظه علي تلك الحريات ، المشكله بالطبع هي كيفية إبقاء الحكومات في داخل إطارها المحدد و المقنن من الشعب لكي تحافظ علي الحريات بدلا من أن تدمرها و بالتالي يوضح لنا أهميه الدستور. ففي غياب الدستور وفي غياب تطبيق الدستور الحريه مستحيلة .

الأن تعرف ياعزيزي القارئ من المقال السابق انه ثبت من خلال التاريخ و التحليل المدقق أن الحريه لاتوجد عندما لاتمثل الحكومات شعوبها بل تعتبر الحكومات أشد خطر من المجرمين الخارجين علي القانون  علي المحتمع فاحكومات الديكتاتوريه تسرق حريات الشعوب .

الأن تعرف ياعزيزي القارئ بغض النظر عن خلفيتك أن الدستور شئ هام جدا فهو أداتك لحكم الحكومه وليست أداه الحكومه للتحكم فيك فهل قمت بواجبك نحو نفسك ووطنك؟ هل ستترك حكومه العسكر في مصر تستعبدك اكثر من هذا؟

The role of a constitution

 How do people protect themselves from government itself?

They do so with a constitution, which expressly delegates to the government specific and well-defined powers and which also expressly restricts the powers of the government. The goal is, of course, to ensure the widest ambit of liberty for peaceful, law-abiding people.

Therefore, a constitution has a dual purpose: to call into existence a government but, at the same time, to limit the powers of that government. After all, theoretically it would be possible to call into existence a government with the power to “do the right thing.” But “the right thing” in the minds of some people is: Force them to go to Mosque, make them read only “proper” literature, require a license to engage in economic enterprise, and coerce people to share their wealth with others.

In summary, then, people have a right to be free. This entails much more than not being in jail. It involves the right to freely engage in intellectual, religious, and economic activity without interference from others, as long as conduct remains peaceful. Freedom cannot consist of the right to violently interfere with other people’s peaceful choices.

What happens when a government becomes so bad and abusive that the situation is actually worse than it would be in the absence of government?

Freedom cannot be achieved in the absence of government, and government is necessary to ensure freedom. The problem, of course, is how to maintain government within its legitimate role protecting freedom rather than destroying it. That’s the role of a constitution. In the absence of a constitution, properly enforced, freedom is impossible

Now you know dear reader the purpose of my article, is to prove to you throw history and throw an extensive analysis freedom do not exists when governments do not represents its people, governments are worst than violent criminals when they steal our freedom.

Now you know dear reader regardless of your background, the constitution is very important to your freedom, it is your tool to govern the government. Have you full filed your duties towards yourself and your country?  Are you going to let the army government in Egypt to slave you more than this?
